Bradley County, Arkansas was created in 1840 from Union County, Arkansas. Bradley County was named for Captain Hugh Bradley. The most popular belief is that Warren, the County seat of Bradley County was named for Captain Bradley's slave and body servant, Warren.  Bradley County, Arkansas is now known for it's tall pines and pink tomatoes, and for some of the best hunting and fishing in the state.
